We began discussing the concept of the Annual in early April and after a few rounds of quotes we settled on a spec. The precise print run was hanging in the balance but with the Premier League title in the bag and euphoria in the air, Leicester’s kit manufacturer Puma came onboard with further sponsorship enabling a longer print run and a central London launch event. Ex Why Zed provided additional sponsorship with a series of limited edition prints and invites printed to accompany the book and increase exposure.
The book provides a unique and comprehensive glossary of an iconic season in football history. The illustrations and infographics are jaw dropping, fresh and many form design classics in their own right.
An embossed cover accentuating the logo is very classy and the gold foiled dust jacket in ‘Leicester Blue’ adds a perfect finishing touch on what is a nigh on perfect publication.
