When you walk into an apartment on Sloane Square you expect the promotional brochure to match the quality of the multimillion pound property. We were approached to print a publication that oozed style, class and was befitting of the property’s sale price.
After liaising with the design agency it became apparent that the client wanted every available bespoke finish to make the biggest possible impact…we even included the kitchen sink!
GF Smith Plike offered a stylish choice for the front cover in the black colourway and was gold foiled for a truly luxurious appearance.
On opening the cover, the reader then finds end papers crafted from Peregrina Majestic before leading into a secondary end papers onto Colorplan Ebony Black with the company’s logo subtley embossed. The main text pages, were printed onto the sleek 170gsm Condat Digital Matt. Quite simply, everything that could be included…was.
Despite the turnaround schedule getting increasingly tighter and artwork amends being made right up until the last minute, we delivered on time and the brochures received praise from all concerned.
